I had requested to purchase a card device which costs r499 and was speaking with a consultant by the name of Thandoe

I had requested to purchase a card device which costs r499 and was speaking with a consultant by the name of Thandoe. At first she was very helpful in calling me and explaining how the device works and what I need to do to get the device delivered. I had made a payment of r500 to their account for the device which was supposed to be delivered within 48hrs after payment was made. It's now been 2 weeks and I am yet to receive the device nor is there any form of communication from Thandoe or the iKhoka team. I have attempted to contact them with no reply. I want the device delivered to my address as agreed no later than Monday the 4th December 2023 or my money back in full. I am not happy with the service provided by them
