I contacted Ikhokha on Monday as I had questions regarding their machines and pos systems, I spoke to Rashi Hanook, who was such a great help. He explained everything to me and when I wasn't sure if we would be happy with the software on the Flyer machine, he took the time to make a video of him using it to show us how it works so we could make an informed decision. Honestly the service received from Rashi Hanook, was above and beyond and makes us excited to be part of the Ikhokha family. Our machine is arriving tomorrow, which means from point of contact to having the machine took a mere 2 days! Incredible! Thank you to Rashi Hanook and Ikhokha.
