I am thoroughly impressed with the excellent service and response time...so so awesome in this day and age when customer service is non existent. We took a chance and called on a Sunday afternoon. Advised by automated message that we were calling outside office hours. However to our surprise, my hubby received a call from Vivian Singh about an hour later. Within an hour she processed everything and less than 24 hours later we on our way to collect the device. 20 out of 10⭐ Very very happy customer 😊
