How long does it take to send a tracking number
I am quite disappointed in the service received from Ikhoka. I requested a, replacement Sim card for my device and was informed it takes 2 days for delivery. Well guess, what... No delivery. I called and ecen spoke to a manager who said he would email me the tracking number which i have still not received.

20 Jul 2022, 14:58I received a call from Mohammed at 08h24 stating that someone will deliver my parcel by 11h00.... Well i am writing this message at 14h50 and guess what, no delivery as yet. The parcel that you are claiming was sent to RAM couriers on Monday which nobody can seem to give me a tracking number for is also very strange as i callded RAM and they checked on both my mobile numbers and could not tace a parcel for me. Really don't know who is bull****ting who here but i am really sorry i purchased an Ikhoka machine as the after sales service is not existant. Not a happy client at the moment.
