Horrible horrible service

Horrible service, once you are a customer. I have been calling support but there is no answer. I am losing business, during the busiest day of the month, month end. Both devices from them loose connection, double charges customers. Refunds take 30 minutes. No help at all from the call centre, no one picks up the phone. I will take my business elsewhere.
