Horrible customer service

Not happy with the service, my card machine broke and have been waiting for a new machine to be delivered for almost 4 weeks now they have been promising to give me a call, especially Roslan because she has been telling me that she will call me back. Their machines are faulty, I am no longer receiving notifications for transactions that go through, I am loosing business because of network errors not happy at all
