Happy Customer

This product is amazing. I can say that with 100% confidence because i have been using this product for almost a year now. Only minor network problems here and there. And after I upgraded to the shaker solo, everything is perfect. Honestly, the product is amazing. Regarding the customer service, I think i was lucky. When I contacted them for the first time, I asked for a field sales representative to talk to face to face. (I was on hold for 5 minutes on the first call so i knew it was not going to work. No one has time for that!) So I contacted the field sales agent who was working around. She was very professional, very helpful, knew everything about the product. Talking to her for 10 minutes totally convinced me to buy the device. Until now, I never have to call the head office or email. Every question or problem I have will be answered in minutes through her. My experiance has been great because I was dealing with one person instead of a company. My questions were answered in time and I didn't have to explain things over and over for different people. So now, I am sharing my experiance to let you know what works for me. And thanks to your genius sales person, I am a very very happy customer.
