Great Service from Luke and Claudette from Ikhokha

I recently upgraded my Ikhokha credit card machines.Luke,from sales, was absolutely brilliant.He was most pleasant,proficient and helpful.He went beyond to make it a great client experience.Luke even delivered the machines personally to my business.He certainly knows what customer care is all about.I also dealt with Claudette Pillay regarding my simcard amendment.Her respnse was immediate and her proficiency in ensuring that my request was processed quickly is highly commendable.She even called me back to confirm that all is in order.She had a very professional and pleasant approach.A big thank you to both these fantastic individuals.They are indeed great assets to the Ikhokha brand.
