Great service!

I don't usually write reviews but I had to give credit where it's due. I had an issue with my account set up and received a call from service agent Keshnee Chinnasami - what a star! The issue has taken a over a week to solve as I had to wait for documents etc, but Keshnee persisted with me and helped me every step of the way to resolve my issue and to sort out my account. I am so incredibly impressed with her service. Truly refreshing to find someone who is so keen to help. Thank you Keshnee.
