False advertising
I have been an ikhoka customer for 2 years now. Never had any hassles. Paid up my 2nd cash advance from them, got a new offer, accepted it. Working day number 5 no idea whats happening. Got an e-mail with the contract and approval but no funds. Calling the contact centre, they keep saying procedures have changed, but why still advertise that payout is in 24hrs, no paperwork, trusted and no need for credit checks below R500 000.00. Very disappointed. False advertising too. I have proof from their website & social media on all their offers and promises.
