Falls communication and no response
Im not happy at all with ikhokha. I bought a machine in November 22 and by mid December 22 the machine was not delivered. I decided to cancel the order and was asked to send some banking documents. I was allocated a ticket and told someone will be in touch. Its January 23 and still waiting. Sent a number of emails and no one is responding to them.

11 Jan 2023, 15:13Unfortunately ikhokha is playing games with me. Last week Thursday they said I will receive my refund within 2 to 4 working days. And nothing has happened till today. Michelle Methews is not taking my calls.
Im not happy with the treatment I get from ikhokha. What needs to be done to get my refund which is over a month overdue.
