Extremely Disappointed with Service

I regret to say that my experience with your services has been nothing short of disappointing. I attempted to use the Maching last weekend, but due to the excruciatingly slow registration process, it remains unregistered since last Thursday. Despite submitting all required documents, I was assured a call back which never materialized.

The lack of communication and efficiency in service delivery has left me thoroughly frustrated. Regrettably, the machine now holds no value for me, and I am seriously considering returning it.
