Customer service is a delicate business and turning an irate customer into a loyalist takes courage and the willingness to go the extra mile. This is what I received from Glen Kistensamy this past week. He provided exceptional service with continuous feedback which ensured that I was ready to trade with an ikhokha machine 2 days after first speaking to him.
