Excellent Service from Vuyelwa Njozela

In a world where things are moving so rapidly and people just don’t have time to be jumping over hoops and through red tapes, iKhokha (through Vuyelwa Njozela) are excelling at ensuring a seamless service that really requires minimum effort from the customer.

Vuyelwa took what I thought would be a daunting process and made it seem like a walk in the park - literally! I had been contemplating getting a payment device and the thought of all the numerous calls I’d have to make, and all the admin work that comes with it, was really demotivating… But Vuyelwa changed all that for me. I had requested a call back from 2 other providers (whose shall remain unnamed) and Vuyelwa was the first to immediately call me back – barely 5 minutes after I had completed the Call-Me-Back online form! The service that I received thereafter was nothing short of amazing and world-class. She answered all the questions I had, clarified all concerns, called me back when I had requested her to… She was with me every step of the way – from the first phone call to the delivery of my device - Excellent Onboarding Process!

I really wish I could give you a 10-STAR rating Vuyelwa! If this is an indication of how iKhokha operates and treats its customers, then in me, you’ve gained a customer for life ????
