Excellent Customer Service

I was assisted very promptly by Mickaal Minords after leaving my details on the website on Wednesday evening. He called me on Thursday morning and when he was unable to get hold of me he sent me a whatsapp with all his details, direct contact number, email address, the works. And he called me back a couple of times to follow up as well. I was totally shocked as this kind of service is unheard of in this day. He even communicated with me after his working hours. It was really a pleasure dealing with Ikhokha and I already received an sms that my machine is with the courier company. All of this within 24hrs! Amazing!
