Excellent Customer Service

Keshnee Chinnasami a Customer Support Officer at iKhokha got my request that I sent last night, first thing this morning she gave me a call to find out exactly what I needed and advised what i needed to do for a resolution. she communicated all the way from when we spoke on that phone call to almost 2 hours later when the relevant department attended my query, she even gave me a call to advise that my query is resolved and even sent an email. 5 stars for her, we need more consultants like her.
