Every single query/question takes 2 days minimum to get a response on, leading to days/weeks before resolutions, direct communication between customer and iKhokha’s actual person that needs to resolve queries almost doesn’t exist. If you have a business you would like to run off IKhokha’s POS you better have another back up, or buy it well in advance to give you enough time to get it up and running. I bought the machine at Makro with the expectation that it can be setup within hours which is definitely not the case, it has been more than a month with constant issues on information that has been submitted but just never confirmed by the onboarding team on the system, SIM card that comes with the IKhokha POS that cannot be activated etc, etc, etc. If I have to choose again, I will go with any other POS
