Dont get ikhoka

This company is pathetic I ordered a card machine on their website paid and all. Then I get a email requesting a lot of personal information such as a selfie and a bank statement for proof of bank account and a whole lot of other stuff which I don't get since I can create my own profile online... Then I open a new bank account with thyme bank which is basically online and I send the account details where I get another email saying that their finance department won't accept that. I'm extremely frustrated as I ordered this last week already and because of this I still haven't gotten a machine. I requested my money back now and I hope that's something they can do instead of wasting my time.
