Dont bother
Use to love working with Ikhoka payment devices - You have a issue then they would help you. Then it started to go downhill. I deal with a lot of customers from the US and a lot of their cards do not have a Pin Number. It used to say that signature required and the sale would go through. Suddenly all the US sales now need a PIN and they dont know their PIN Number. So now I ask my neighbours who has a Yoco or Capitech devices and it works like a charm on them. I called up as I was hoping they could fix this and I logged a ticket. After 2 weeks of no response I called back and they said whoops they havent chased it. Then when I was on the phone they said we made a change and thats just the way it is. I mail the person on the call if i could speak to a manager and still waiting for a response a month later. Then asked though the Whatsapp support and they also made me feel I should be honoured to have them as my payment provider. I will be moving to Capitech as at least they want my business.
You want me to send you my email address to the same email address i got next to no support on? What help would that be? Ill just forward the email trail again and ill copy and paste your message so you can go ahead and ignore that as well.

Kindly note that we have checked and can confirm that a support consultant has responded to your email, explaining why PINs are now required for certain cards. They also noted that other companies may not follow the same process, possibly because they are processing transactions offline.
