DONE WITH IKHOKHA & THEIR FUNDING PARTNERS

DISAPPOINTMENT to say the least ... been a loyal Ikhokha merchant for the past 2 and half years without any issues . We received a cash advance and there after multiple re-advances without any issues . April 2025 that all change , re-advance offer was accepted on Our portal received approval and contract received via email and waited for funds to be paid over as the usually reflect same day ... 7 days later no funds received also no communication whatsoever from Ikhokha Advance . Called up Ikhokha was passed from consultant to consultant each time was told everything was done it is at payouts and will be reflect shortly...... 10 days later still no funds again called eventually was passed onto a team leader Stha in the advance , asked me to fwd contract and approval which i sent immediately. Called me back and said awaiting for feedback from the funding partner as the system had changed a bit . Ok ffwd eventually 14 days later I take it upon myself to call the funding partner directly only to get told it is all of a sudden declined due to an Internal compliance failure , asked for clarification on what had suddenly changed on my portfolio as according to my knowledge everything is as it was, in actual fact our business is doing better than last year , was told that it is private and cannot be disclosed in detail the reason for the sudden decline, that after being reassured multiple times by Ikhokha Advance team that all was approved and it was at payouts. Ok left it at that and continued my business as normal. July 2025 again a re-advance pops up on my portal double the amount previously offered in april 2025 meaning my business is doing well , accepted the offer , receive approval and contract via email AGAIN . Following day still no funds reflecting in my account, call up ikhokha advance again only to be told once again declined for the Internal compliance failure , ask for more details , cannot be disclosed. So if I am doing something wong or my business is a risk don't i derserve a detailed explanation of the approval and then sudden declines ? In order for me to rectify ... BUT NONE THE LESS , I AM DONE WITH IKHOKHA AND THEIR FUNDING PARTNERS !!! I WILL DEFINATELY NOT BE REFERRING IKHOKHA OR ITS FUNDING PARTNERS TO ANYONE !! I will seek alternate opportunities to grow my business .
