Do NOT use iKhokha for your business — worst service ever.

As a small business owner, I strongly urge others to stay far away from iKhokha. Their service has been an absolute nightmare. They pick and choose when they want to release your hard-earned money, leaving you completely stuck — unable to pay suppliers or keep your business running smoothly.

Their support is unhelpful, slow, and takes no accountability. I’ve lost valuable clients and faced serious setbacks because of how they operate. It feels like they are holding your funds hostage, and there’s zero consistency in how they treat their customers.

iKhokha has caused more damage to my business than any supplier I’ve ever dealt with. If you care about your business, your cash flow, and your clients — stay far away.

working to address what? an entire event ruined because we could not deliver what the client paid for because your idiot ***** department decided to keep the money that needed to be paid to suppliers in time for deadline?

You have put our small business through so much stress and even possibly made us lose our first big client because of your *********** staff, not to mention ruining what was meant to be a beautiful event for many and a special gift. I will be taking this further.

Avoid iKhona at all costs. This company is dishonest and *********. They’ve withheld my payments without explanation and only made one settlement. iKhona is *****ing from small businesses and jeopardizing our operations. Do not trust them with your money—they are nothing short of *******.
