Do not trust them at all!!!!
This company has become so incredibly *****. I ordered my card machine over a week ago. There has been absolutely no communication from them whatsoever. Obviously, my money has been taken but I have not received a thing from them (am only a 15min drive from their office). The telephone advertised on their website and emails DOES NOT WORK!! The live chat is manned by annoying bots and any human "service" is completely lacking. Do not trust this company - rather use your own bank's card machines as these guys will most certainly **** you around, rip you off and not communicate with you at all.

09 Nov 2021, 10:58Yeah, please just cancel my order, refund me and go work on your shoddy support staff, customer care, your "broken" telephone system, horrible network, and complete lack of understanding of what it means to communicate with customers who you have already taken money from.
