Disgusting ****** rude agent called Phiwe!!!!

Good day

I have machines with ikhokha two of them and last week I had on each machine swiped R3500, the first one it was paid R3386. 82 on the 20th and the second one was paid R3193.14 my query how come the similar amount but the pay out is different...

I called this morning and spoke to Phiwe, this woman is very rude I tried to ask her to explain to me why she just didn't want to listen to me and insist I looked at the report I tried to tell her that I did not have any reports sometimes reports comes late after payments have been done...

All I wanted is for her to explain to me of the difference in payout while it's the same amount swiped..

This ***** is very very rude and to the extent she had to raise her voice on me...

Can someone explain to me what kind of an organisation is this that would employ such a dumb ass to deal with clients who puts bread on her table..
