Disappointing service: Unpaid fees since December 3, 2023

I regret to say that my experience with Ikhokha was completely disappointing. Since December 3, 2023, I have been waiting for payments that are rightfully due to me, but despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, there has been no satisfactory resolution.

The lack of payment not only reflects poorly on the company's financial integrity, but also shows a complete disregard for the trust and commitment expected in a professional relationship. Despite providing the necessary evidence and meeting all requirements, the promised payments remain outstanding, leaving me in a state of frustration and financial pressure.

The response from customer service was equally discouraging. Every time I reach out for an update or clarification, I'm met with vague assurances and empty promises. There seems to be a lack of accountability and urgency in addressing this matter, as if my concerns are of little importance to the company.

Furthermore, the protracted delay in payment has caused considerable inconvenience and distress, affecting my ability to meet financial obligations and causing unnecessary stress. It is deeply troubling that a company would treat its customers in such an arrogant manner, disregarding the adverse consequences of their actions.

In conclusion, my experience with Ikhokha was marred by poor service and a blatant disregard. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company as their lack of integrity and professionalism is evident in their failure to meet their financial obligations.
