Disappointing experience

Horrible experience. First of all, contacting them has been a big struggle. The number they provide on their website and in the packaging of their product does not work. Secondly, once you scan the QR code that has been provided in the packaging you are taken to a well designed site to upload your FICA documentation. I uploaded everything but the device has not undergone FICA yet. By some grace of God, I received a phone call after contacting their support 3 days ago. The operator was not helpful at all. I was told that the procedure is that you should email them when you want to upload documents. Upon calling them I was told that I have to send the documents again. This will be the 4th time I have sent my documents through. Really disappointed.
