Device registration takes forever
Bought an iKhokha The Mover Pro online and received the unit on Friday. Submitted the FICA documents via the iKhokha website on Monday. I had to do a follow up on Thursday and was given a case number but no resolution. The registration process is very slow and they don't respond to queries lodged online or via email
