Delays in Settlements

I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with service from Ikhokha. The delays when it comes to settling the sales are becoming increasingly frustrating and annoying; settlements are hardly on time, and as a small business owner I rely greatly on the money to be settled to enable me to put in more stock.

Every single time their reason would be "3rd party issues", BUT who is this 3rd party they always blame for these delays. EEmails are ignored by the supposed support team. I'm it sure how many mails I've sent trying to get the same issue resolved.

If you are looking to use them as a service provider, don't bother because THEY WILL KILL YOUR BUSINESS. Try other more efficient service providers. They are just not as efficient as they once were.
