DELAY ON FICA VERIFICATION
It's been a month trying to do FICA verification and iKhokha team keeps requesting the same information time and again with no proper update. Melissa Marnies asked again for nature of business and we provided her with such and she said she is unable to process because we didn't give her all info, we gave her what she requested and still didn't want to finalize . What is wrong with you people?
