Consider Other Options

If you have to use them, stick to small amounts between working days alone. Payouts times are wildly inconsistent, they'll email you saying you will be paid on X date and that day/time will pass with no difference. They'll apologise and promise again to pay on X date and the same will happen. Their card machines are of ********** quality as well. In 18 months of being their customer I have gone through 3 different card machines which all suffered from manufacturer faults. My current machine is also unable to accept bank cards and this is the IK Flyer machine they boast on how good it is. If it weren't for my YOCO go and account, my business would have failed due to them consistently dissapointing.

Good Day

You have not included any contact details in this reply for assistance so my correspondence will remain public.

1. I have missing payouts on my financial statements that your system has, since 27 December, failed to register.
2. This failure is solely on your systems as confirmed by an in person visit to an Ikhokha branch where no explanation for this could be given.
3. Because of these missing financials I am now in a position where I cannot do my own personal accounts as I have no proof of income yet I have funds that magically reflected.
4. My in person visit further confirmed that my card machine is suffering from a manufacturers fault, bring a chip reader that's malfunctioned. I was physically explained to that I am not the first customer who's Cole with this.
