Confirmation Message *Business Name:* iKhokha *Review:* For some reason my app stopped functioning. I phoned 3 times yesterday and my problem was not solved. I phoned again today (quite irritated by now, because I cannot use my Ikhokha machine). A lady assisted me and we got much further than yesterday. She could only assist to a point and handed me over to Uveshan who solved my problem! Yay!! Uveshen stayed calm and patient (even though by now I was not so calm and patient anymore) through out this whole exercise. He really help me step by step till everything was sorted. He stayed on the line all the time to ensure I can start trading again. Well done and thank you, Uveshan! Your help is much appreciated!!
