charlotte is a blessing

I bought 3 machines and only got 2. I was so upset and angry that there was no communication and it has been 2weeks. I called and nobody could find my money. Yesterday charlotte from the activations department called me to find out if all is well with my machine and i told her what happened. She immediately calmed me down and assured me that she will help get to the bottom of it and she will try and locate my money. Within an hour she gave me feedback and today she called me to make sure i got her email last night. She told me what i need to do for my documents and has been so caring and concerned about me. If she didnt call me i was going to cancel because i was so angry. i dont like not being communicated with and she made sure she told me step by step what she is doing so that i dont get angry again. charlotte is a blessing to your company. thank you for helping me and for your patience.
