Bunch of *******

I am not happy with these *******. From ordering a machine online and being told I would get it in 3 days which did not happen, then I requested a refund and was told that would take 7 to 14 days which didn't happen. I have spoken to multiple agents about this matter and all have told me the same thing that it will reflect by end of day which has not happened as well. I don't understand how you wanted me to trust your services to fulfill my daily payouts while refunding R300 seems to be quite the mission for them..I feel ****** and now I see why most vendors I do markets with prefer other payment agents and no one really uses this ***** company
