BIZ Function removal. Dashboard.ikhokha.com

The 4 star review is for the overall business experience. The company is head and shoulders above its competitors in business support tools and financing. I'm making this review for a very specific tab/function that they just removed from their dashboard.ikhokha.com website. Most people who use their products may not even know it...but it is the ultimate function for those who know it. <Biz> function/tab Hi. I'm not happy with the removal of the biz tab from the ikhokha dashboard.ikhokha.com. The function was the high end for any sales enquiry. It allowed us to do the necessary data mining for our business growth... I think for any technically highly skilled business persons it was just the holy grail. The function could be used to give details how a transaction failed...and was the only function across all platforms that could show that a failed transaction reversed. Customers appreciated this kind of detail. For us the technical savvies it's the high end function; removing it will just drastically reduce our card sales! We also use the function to tailor our products according to customer expenditure, we use it to reward our customers buy expenditure. The function showed us who our loyal customers are hence we could reward them with freebies and other merchandise and Loyalty points. I'm totally shocked thar someone within your technical and design department just thought it is useless. The "new" dashboard design simply mimics the touch screen card machine and there is no much added benefit in interacting with it. It's just shameful that someone made such a shortsighted coup to remove the most transparent features. Please bring back the function!
