Beware of Ikhokha

I ordered two Ikhokha card machines for the Cherry Festival in Fourieburg recently. I stressed that it must be delivered to an address in Ficksburg to make use of it over the weekend. The terms and conditions demand that I must pay the amount in full before they can proceed. The payment was done. First of all, they delivered the card machines to the wrong address. After that, they delivered it again at the correct address in Ficksburg but on the Tuesday after the festival. They promised to do a refund, but I am waiting in vain. No one contacted me and no one at Ikhokha knows about the transaction. Each time there is one to do a follow-up. The latest is a lady, Michelle, but she kept me on the line for more than 15 minutes without returning. I got no choice but to make use of the more expensive option from Yoco.
