I'm having a horrible experience with iKhokha, similar to Neo & Christo
Very quick & efficient in getting you to purchase, then after that good luck getting anything done. I purchased my Flyer machine Thurs 18/01, today is Thurs 25/01 and my machine hasn't even been dispatched yet. My profile is still not verified despite submitting all required documents. I've submitted multiple requests to be called back and no call back because they know I've already purchased. Try calling them and have fun listening to their hold music The sales guy, Nitesh Kandhai, who promised me the world has delivered 0 on his promises once he clocked my sale in lol

I was told the machine will be delivered in 1-4 working days. Today is the 5th day and I'm still waiting. I don't need any more apologies for you not fulfilling YOUR part of the deal. Just get me my working machine that I've already paid for
