Bad slow service. Lots of extra hidden fees

After having to fight for two weeks to get my settlement of less than R200.

I receive my settlement in the 3rd week.

I made R175. And Ikhokha sends me R68??????

How is that even possible?

Why am I paying for data? Which is not mentioned? More so I used WiFi. So why am I paying for so much data?? Data worth R98 is too much.

I need someone to make sense of this ****************.

I am sure Ikhokha can not even tell me how much data was used that I need to pay for!!!
