Bad Service. No feedback... Numerous follow ups. One week later and no Functioning device

I bought my device last Saturday from Builders Newcastle. Was told to get all my documents ready as they would send an email on Monday. Nothing. I did numerous requests via whatsapp for the email. Evenatually got one late Wednesday afternoon. (There was more stuff needed than originally told... got that ready overnight). Thursday morning 8am send my information back. Was told it's a 24 hours process. Friday morning check mails and here they want more photo's. I've done numerous follow ups told them it's urgent I want to use my device tomorrow and all I'm told is it's a Fica. No one can tell me how long. I was supposed to be up and running by end of business on Monday according to the Sales Rep at Builders Newcastle. I'm a week down the line and still no functioning service no support no nothing.
