Bad service from IKHOKHA

I have purchased the product at makro wonderboom from one Thabiso on the 30th January 2023. He helped me when purchasing the product. Till today the product have not yet work. I have sent several emails and had telephonic communication which their employees who happens to be in durban. I was told that I must complete an onboarding process which I did, and nothing changed because the product cannot work. whenever I made a follow up, I am told of the following: 1. Clear photo of your original picture of ID (******rtified and not a copy) 2. Proof of address (We do not accept tax invoices) 3. Business trading name 4. Please describe the type of business you conduct

for them to proceed. I have sent maybe an album for them so that they can set me up. nothing was done. I will not encourage anyone to get the speed point product from them rather consider other companies rendering such service. They are very unprofessional. Today is the 20th of February 2023 and still nothing was done.
