Bad service , bad communication and false reporting

I bought a card machine through take a lot and I emailed the required documents to ikhokha Monday Morning & they promised to activate the machine within 48hrs , till today there’s no email , chat or feedback from them . When I called they just said we don’t know when your FICA will be approved we have too many documents to work on I just need to a wait a week longer .
