Bad service
Bad service, I purchased a machine 2 August then they said I have to Create a profile. When I try to create a profile I am failing. I have called them, emailed them talked to them but no response yet. I called 3 times just being on hold for more than 40 mins each just holding the line. It's almost a week now and no response
