Bad Service
I requested my banking details to be changed on the 1st of May 2023,I sent all the fica documents and the agent said it takes 24 to 72 hours to be updated but to my surprise even today they are not updated and no communication from IKhokha about the delay, I send email but no one is responding to my emails.
