Bad service

Since i bought swipping machine for my cousin two weeks back. We have been struggling to link it to his profile. They keep on saying send picture of machine and after that they dont respond. They only respond after we wrote bad review. No one is willing to help us. They must tell us that they wont assist so we can try other companies. Very poor service from ikhokha
