Bad quality service by ikhokha

Very disappointed with ikhokha services I bought machine it’s been 4 days without activation every time I called them they tell me to wait I have returned their machine because I lost customers for my business because of this issue I don’t know how other people got their product activated within 12 hours because mine took days still nothing, was looking at other peoples reviews someone has been waiting for two months to get the machine activated.
