Bad processing/confusion
The processing of transactions is great but the service from the people is really bad. First they approve a change of ownership and verify all the information in the profile even the bank account is verified and then process card transactions to the account with no problem and I think all is great, then all of a sudden there are no payments and when I query I am told that FICA was not done yet all was verified and some of the transactions are actually paid into the correct bank account. Now they want proof of bank account, proof of residence and a new signed change of ownership form after we have already started transacting. The whole thing is lobsided and I wish I went with Yoco because it is much simpler and no come backs. Sithabile Gumede clearly did not tick all the boxes and now they are holding my monies.
