Bad customer service

Bad service received when I tried to call in to place an order I was placed on hold when i did get through i was told that someone will call me back to take and confirm my order Hours later and still no response. I called in over 3 times and eventually had to email someone to get some assistance. Very disappointed with the customer service received.
