Bad bad service

I bought ikhokha device for my business and I sent the fica documents to *** that was the email I was given by the ikhokha support team and I bought this machine at builders I sent those document on Friday I was told it will take 48 hours today is tuesday I have not heard anything from them ,Monday I called ikhokha support they promised they will send the reminder to builders@ikhoka and they will contact me .I don't know if we should be running after people to do their job it's not fair even if you call their direct number *** they don't pick up after this experience I won't recommend anyone to buy their device because I told my friend about it she bought the device and she is also experiencing the samething she even WhatsApp me unfortunately I'm not working with that *********** team I can't assist her I told her that tomorrow we must take back the device if they don't call us today I'm so disappointed shem
