BAD BAD BAD!!!!

I bought an ikhokha mover pro at takealot.com, sent through all the necessary documents on Saturday, repeated it on Monday and today on Wednesday but still no one has responded to my emails. They just asked for the documents but never did anything again after that. Worse service I’ve ever received. No number to contact them on, just spoke to sales and instead of assisting they rather tried selling another machine to me. After explaining my situation the person just said I should try and speak to online sales and dropped the phone. I regret buying this machine and would advice anyone else to not do so.
