Awful for businesses with transactions more than 5k

First of all when you swipe or tap the item description is removed from the invoice. So recently I did some transactions and after 4 days nothing showed up and the money was deducted from the purchasers account. After following up the emailed me to get so much unnecessary redundant information to release the fund while they could just make a call like other banks if they feel something is suspicious. At the time of this review the money had not been released.
