Avoid Ikhokha at all costs

I had a frustrating experience with Ikhokha (Ikhakha). After paying for a swipe machine, I was informed four days later that my FICA application was declined due to my solar installation work outside South Africa. While I understand the reasoning, they are now refusing to refund my money and have been ignoring my calls and messages. I strongly advise against dealing with Ikhokha. Make sure to insist on FICA approval before making any payments, as you could end up without both the machine and your funds. Be cautious with this company!
