AVOID IKHOKHA
ikhokha is such a clown show I really regret switching to them from Yoco I thought since they are near where I live getting things resolved would be easier but it's actually a nightmare the support team cannot do a simple job and all they want to do is "call you back" which they never do. AVOID THEM there's plenty of alternatives to go around -> Yoco, VodaPay, Banks etc..
